Testimonials
In 2021 I bought my property at Aviara Point in Carlsbad. The bones of the house were good, but the house hadn’t
been updated since the late 1990s. It needed a complete renovation.
I selected Booker Builders after meetings with Bob Booker. Bob and his team were excellent in their
communications thru every step of the process. We discussed cost options on changes as we progressed. The
clarity of the discussions made my choices easy.
The quality of construction show throughout my house every day. Their subcontractors were excellent craftsmen.
Due to the quality, there has been very little follow-up needed.
Because of their team, the project was virtually painless. I almost wished I had another project so I could work
with them again.

My wife and I had a great construction experience with Booker Builders. After retirement as an Architect, I
designed a new house to replace our original home that was built in 1924. I looked for a Contractor who was
competent and knowledgeable. I found one in Booker Builders. My primary concerns were communication and
craftsmanship. I found both in their leadership and subcontractors. We love our home and have been enjoying it
for the past five years.

Our home was a total loss due to fire.
Booker Builders quickly fenced up and secured our property. They helped us decipher the insurance
company’s rebuild estimate. We would never have noticed all of the parts and labor that were missing if
not for their help.
Booker Builders worked with us to design and build our dream home. They transformed our disaster
into a bigger, more beautiful, more functional home with construction completed on time and on
budget.

After over a year of searching for the ideal location, we found it—and then discovered Booker Builders. They built
a coastal home that’s both beautiful and enduring. Even during COVID, they stayed on budget and schedule. Their
communication was excellent, and they solved architectural design challenges with ease. The craftsmanship and
quality were outstanding. Bob, Don, Dallas and the entire team were fantastic. We love our home and enjoy
hosting friends and family in a relaxed, ocean-view setting. We couldn’t be happier!

We knew that we wanted a modern custom home that was designed by the same architect as the house I had
grown up in as a child. Despite the architect being in another state, Booker Builders was able to work closely with
us and the architect to make sure no detail was missed. Booker Builders had clear communication throughout the
build process, and helped us navigate changes as they came up. We felt well taken care of and that we could trust
Booker Builders in all aspects, including quality of work and fair pricing. We have had many compliments on the
high build quality of the home, and the attention to detail. This is our forever home, a place to raise our
family. The highest compliment we can give is that our child said to us, “I love this house”. We look forward to
making a lifetime of memories here.

We knew exactly what we wanted when building our forever home near the beach: modern, casual yet refined, warm and inviting, great indoor-outdoor flow. Booker Builders were great communicators and dedicated partners throughout. They were tireless in ensuring the quality of all workmanship and figuring out clever solutions to maximize the functionality of our space. We are so grateful to them for a gorgeous and comfortable home, beyond what we could have imagined.
